As we begin the new year, it's time for an update on where the Omni Suite stands and where we're headed. 2022 was a year of significant platform expansion, and 2023 will build on that foundation with major new capabilities across e-commerce, content, analytics, and membership.

H2 2022 Milestones

The second half of 2022 delivered several foundational platform capabilities that set the stage for what's coming next:

  • Multi-channel content hub — a unified system for managing content across app, web, and digital signage
  • App theming — customizable visual identity per destination, enabling true white-label experiences
  • Multi-tenant setup — infrastructure for serving multiple destinations from a shared platform
  • Email marketing integration — bringing email into the Omni Suite's campaign orchestration capabilities
  • Omni Competence Center — a dedicated support and enablement resource for destination teams

2023 Focus Areas

Building on these foundations, our 2023 roadmap focuses on six major areas:

E-Commerce (Cariboo)

Our e-commerce engine, Cariboo, will receive major upgrades to support more product types, improved checkout flows, and deeper integration with destination inventory systems.

Live Page Redesign

The Live section — showing real-time conditions, lift status, and facility information — is getting a complete UX overhaul to make it more intuitive and visually compelling.

Analytics

Expanded analytics capabilities will give destination teams better visibility into guest behavior, campaign performance, and revenue attribution.

Membership 4.0

The next generation of our membership system will introduce more flexible tier structures, improved rewards management, and better tools for driving member engagement and retention.

Wallet, Notifications & Profile

Enhancements to the guest's personal area — their wallet for tickets and passes, notification center, and profile management — to create a more cohesive and useful experience.

Personalization

Deeper personalization capabilities across the platform, from content recommendations to product suggestions, powered by improved guest profiling and behavioral data.
